Mr. Nakamori joined PAREXEL as Vice President, Clinical Research Services, Asia-Pacific in September,2011 and assumed the role of General Manager, Japan country operations in January 2012. Mr. Nakamori is responsible for leading the Phase II-III services and overseeing Phase IIIb, observational studies and PMS services in Japan. He leads the achievement of the overall growth and profitability targets set for these businesses in Japan and provides direction to the Project Leadership organization. In August 2012, he was appointed as Corporate Vice President, Clinical Research Services, Asia Pacific and a member of Executive Committee.

Mr. Nakamori has a strong background in clinical operations and drug development over a 30-year period especially in Oncology therapeutic area, having worked for several prominent pharmaceutical companies in Japan as Head of Development or Head of Regulatory including Mundi pharma, Astra Zeneca, Solvay, Novartis, and Ciba-Geigy. He was Global Head of Project Management of Solvay SA. Prior to joining PAREXEL, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Japan based CRO, ACRONET, presently A2 healthcare.
