HVC KYOTO 2023 Demo Day to be held on July. ～Call for Pitch Speakers and Partners opens now! ～

We are calling for speakers and partners for the HVC KYOTO 2023 Demo Day,
an English language pitch event specializing in the Healthcare field
to be held on July 6th and 7th, 2023.

The application for pitch speakers is open from January 31st to April 3rd.
We are looking forward to receiving applications from startups and entrepreneurial-minded researchers
who are ready to break into the global market in the Healthcare field.

Expected speakers

・Startups in a wide range of Healthcare fields from drug discovery to digital health
・Researchers who wish to put their results to practical use (ideas only are acceptable, students are also welcome to apply.)

How to apply？

Step 1 Please download the application sheets.
※This year, we have two sections: Biotech (drug discovery, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, etc.) and Medtech (digital health, medical devices, etc.) for pitch speakers.

Step 2 After fill out the sheets, please send it out to hvckyoto@krp.co.jp

Schedule to Demo Day

Jan 31^st to April 3^rd 　Call for pitch speakers

The end of April, all applications will be reviewed and screened by application sheets then applicants are selected as pitch speakers' nominee. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a business advisory session.

May ～June　Business Advisory Sessions to be held.

・The sessions will be held on once in a month.
・Pitch speakers on Demo Day will be selected after improving their pitches under the guidance of experts and take the pitch stage at Demo Day.

July 6^th and 7^th HVC KYOTO 2023 Demo Day to be held.
(All pitch speakers' nominee can attend whole Demo Day and have chance for individual meetings with partners.)

＊General audiences can join by online. (Registration is required.)

・Keynote speech
・Pitch sessions and Q&A sessions.(20 selected applicants will be on stage.)
