[Summary]
- Who is your client? What do you provide to them? What kind of social impact do you want to provide to them?

Our clients are pharma companies, CRO, study sites and patients. The goal of the project is to launch an intelligent cloud collaboration platform that has key capabilities:
• gives patients instant access to all ongoing clinical trials in every region/country/city;
• engages doctors who are passionate about advancing medical science;
• helps sites to find patients and act as referral sites with tracking of referred patients;
• allows pharma to popularize its research and speed up enrollment.

For patients:
• Intuitive online tool to locate appropriate clinical trials with dedicated patient-to-clinical site messenger and easy connectivity features
• Automatic translation service from English to local participant language
• Dedicated news channel with filters for areas of interest

For Doctors (Investigators):
• Dedicated investigator-to-patient peer-to-peer messenger
• Embedded sponsor-to-patient and sponsor-to-investigator financial transactions system
• Dashboards and business analytics on enrollment process with participants

For Pharma (Sponsors):
• Comprehensive online tool for feasibility analysis
• An AI-powered search engine that finds investigators with forecast and scoring features
• Built-in business processes allowing for rapid deployment of clinical trials via engagement of a preselected pool of investigators
• Dashboards with business analytics on enrollment in past and ongoing trials

The social impact is simplification of patient enrollment process. Nowadays patient recruitment is one of the biggest bottlenecks in clinical research: 50% of clinical trials fail to meet planned enrollment targets(1) ; 11% of clinical trial sites do not recruit a single patient(2) ; half of sites under - enroll (3).

- What is your technology? What is your superiority among competitors and how far is it in development?

The web-based software application has cloud data storage and centralized logic of information processing for events and facts with multi-criteria decision-making technology.
A built-in financial system tracks fact of events and links to the elements of the business process, which writes off from the sponsor's deposit account the cost of services that a sponsor uses. The transfers are process from sponsors to researchers and, in some cases, to referring sites and patients. Services are automatically writing off money from accounts only after a confirmation of dedicated system events.

The PatientFacient/Wirano platform distinguishes between four types of role-based interfaces: a sponsor, a researcher, a referral site (a doctor who does not conduct clinical trials himself but can refer his patients) and the participant - patient. Each role has its own interface in a dedicated cabinet.

Our superiority is very ergonomic and user-friendly cloud-based software powered by intelligent features to fast communicate and enroll patients with clinical trials. Now we have an interactive user-friendly tool with patient's cabinet and dedicated messenger to enroll patients to clinical trials. Our tool obtains data from open-source local clinical trial registries, analyzes it and provides in user friendly format.

- Where is your market, and how large is it? Who is your forerunner in the market?

According to Grand View Research, CRO market size will reach $54.7 Billion by 2025 with increasing costs of drug development driving the growth. Our B2B business model targets Pharma, Biotech and CRO companies.

Ecosoft health, Clinical trial connect, Patient Wing, Subject well, Find me cure, Ripple science, Deep6 are all English-only patient and trial databases. They are mostly located in the United States.

There is currently no comprehensive global multilingual platform that is capable of servicing international clinical trials.
