Elegant and comfortable lounge
KRP BIZ NEXT’s lounge (approx. 220 ㎡ with 52 seats) offers an elegant atmosphere comparable to a luxurious hotel lounge for both users and their guests. Table seats for important meetings with clients, desk seats for concentrating on office work, and free space for a break. Since the number of members is limited, the lounge will be always open and offers an ideal space for any purpose. The lounge is equipped with a power supply and Wireless LAN as well as offering free drinks and a mini- library with a variety of business-related publications and magazines. Entry is limited to members using their IC card guaranteeing perfect security.

Quick set-up, compact,monthly-rental
KRP BIZ NEXT offers 51 office spaces in total, from single user to four people rooms (private room or semi-closed type available). All rooms are equipped with basic office furniture and appliances. Entry to the room is managed by the IC card which allows users access to their office 24 hours/365 days with perfect security. Efficient and speedy office setup means you can start your business right away.
Basic Facility: Desks, chairs, telephone (internal call only), wireless LAN, desk light, mailbox, rubbish bin, electricity fee, air con fee (Mon.-Sat.: 8:00-22:00)
Services: Receiving mails and parcels, cleaning (twice a week), Office members and some lounge-use members can make a corporate registration.
